The food spread is good - caters to American taste
The food spread is good - caters to American taste also. Though some Indian's might find it a little bland and spiceless.
Dont go after 2pm for buffet. The supervisor is in a hurry to give the check and send home the staff before 3pm - i think. It affects the service quality and attitude.
Maybe a way to increase profits ---- but they dont serve regular (cheaper) beer with buffet. Only the expensive brands. They will say is finished. You can see its on display though.
After the location (and owner?) changed, most say its quality has gone down. I would agree. It happens when you leave it on hired hands to run the show. and are impatient to recover the investment.

Crap !! Went there yesterday with my wife for a surprise dinner! The food was OK.
Service was really poor, The service you receive is absolutely rude & no manners.
The worst thing is, we found that the grey had a "bottle cap" inside. It was small Iron cap, thank God we did take any kid with us to face chocking problem.
We showed that to the person who took our order, response was "someone might have put it by mistake, I will replace" that's it, he took the gravy & ran away, after few mins he was back with gravy without the bottle cap :).
No sorry, no reasoning & not even cared to explain us or listen to us. when we asked him to show some manners.. they offered complementary dessert, we refused it because we were really interested to eat or sit there anymore. Finally we came out without paying the bill.... really bad experience!
Mistakes will happen, but they really need to learn how to handle customers, how to behave............... Overall. you have much better places around
