Chicken Burger Recipe

  • Chicken mince 1 kg
  • Hot chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mustard sauce 3 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies, crushed 6
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 pkt
  • Oil for frying
  • Buns 12
  • Lettuce leaves 12
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Batter
  • White flour 6 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 8 tbsp
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions:

Mix the chicken mince with all spices and sauces and leave for an hour.

Shape mince into 12 round patties and set aside.

In a bowl mix all ingredients of batter with a little water to make a thick batter.

Dip chicken cutlets in the batter and roll in the bread crumbs.

In a saucepan, heat cooking oil and shallow fry chicken cutlets on low heat.

Fry both sides till chicken cutlets turn a golden brown.

Then heat the buns and spread with mayonnaise.

Put a chicken patty on the bun, put lettuce leaves on top, add ketchup if desired.

Serve hot.
