Fish Fry

INGREDIENTS:

6 Catfish cut in 1-1/2"

1 Tspn Salt OR to taste

1 Tbspn Red Chili Pwdr

1/4 Tspn Turmeric

3 Tbspn GG Paste Few drops Lime Juice

METHOD:

1. Mix all the above with the fish and marinate for four to five hrs at least.

2. Brush some oil on the griddle and put the fish pieces & put oil around them.

Fry for 4 -5 min on each side Serve Hot.
