1 1/4 Cups Evaporated milk

1 1/4 Cups Sweetened Condensed milk

1-16 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed

4 Slices White Bread, cut the edges & tear to pieces

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom

2 Teaspoons Crushed Pistachios

2 Teaspoons Crushed Almonds Few Strands of Saffron


1. Combine both the milks and whipped topping in a blender and blend in pieces of bread until smooth.

2. Add cardamom, Saffron, crushed Almonds & Pistachios & mix.

3. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch Tray and freeze overnight.

Tip : Can substitute Low fat or Fat free for the regular milks & whipped cream.
