6 Breast & Thigh Chicken pieces, skin removed
2 Teaspoons Ground Coriander
2 Teaspoons Tandoori Chicken powder
1 Teaspoon Jeera / Cumin Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 Cup yogurt
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Red pepper powder
1. Take the chicken and make cuts so that the marinade can seep in.
2. Mix the masalas in the yogurt first and then smear all over the chicken
3. Keep in marinade overnight or for at least 2 hrs.
4. Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 45 - 50 minutes, turning and basting half way through the cooking time.
